About the Foundation
Independent coordination at the moment families need it most.
LPA Foundation helps families navigate long-term care housing transitions involving the family home. We provide family caregivers with independent coordination support, communication facilitation, and introductions to licensed professionals — so they can make informed decisions before a health crisis forces rushed choices.
Two arms, one mission
Families who can afford our full coordination fees are served through Legacy Property Advisors LLC. Families who cannot are served through LPA Foundation at reduced or no cost based on financial need.
The LPA Foundation does not charge service fees. All Foundation services are funded entirely by charitable donations and grants — so no family has to navigate this transition alone simply because they cannot afford it.
Fiscal sponsorship
LPA Foundation is fiscally sponsored by Fiscal Sponsorship Allies, a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 85-0839183. All donations must be made through the FSA platform and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
