A son's promise became a partner's mission.
For years, Trent Davis cared for his mother, Shari, as she battled Alzheimer's. It was a journey marked by love, but also by exhaustion, uncertainty, and decisions that no family is ever fully prepared to make.
He navigated the medical complexity of long-term care, the financial weight of providing for her future, and the quiet, daily responsibility of being present for someone who had once been present for him. Those years were formative, and at times, traumatic. They shaped how he sees families, money, time, and what it really means to plan ahead.
Through that experience, Trent saw firsthand where traditional advisory services fall short. Decisions about a home, an estate, or an aging parent are rarely just financial. They are emotional, relational, and often urgent. Yet families are too often left to figure it out alone, at the worst possible moment.
Legacy Property Advisors exists because of what Trent learned in those years, that the right guidance, offered early and with empathy, can change the entire trajectory of a family's future.
Andrew Devlin

A builder, a son, a believer in doing things the right way.
Andrew Devlin is a serial entrepreneur with a long track record of building, scaling, and leading companies. Originally from Ireland, he carries with him the values he was raised on, family first, community always, and quiet accountability in everything you do.
Those values have become more present than ever in recent years. Andrew lost his father in 2025, and his mother is now in long-term care. While his journey has taken a different shape than Trent's, it has brought him to the same understanding: the moments that matter most in a family are also the ones most easily mishandled without the right support.
Andrew brings the discipline of an operator and the heart of someone who has been on the other side of these decisions. He helps shape the vision, the structure, and the execution of Legacy Property Advisors, building something that can serve families thoughtfully, at scale, without losing the human element that makes this work meaningful.

Trent and Andrew both call Santa Cruz home. They were both raised with strong values, by strong mothers, in families that taught them what it means to show up for the people you love.
Their paths to this work were different, but their conviction is the same. Families deserve better guidance during the most consequential moments of their lives. Better questions, asked earlier. Better information, offered honestly. Better outcomes, protected with care.
